Thin Mil Epoxies
Thin mil epoxies are used as a great floor finish for many situations. Generally they are considered an effective way to make a sanitary, easy-to-clean floor surface that helps repel oils and greases in places like garages and food prep areas.
Although thin mil epoxies are attractive, they are not as durable as quartz floors. There are many colors to choose from with thin mil epoxies.
Quartz Floor Finishes
Quartz floors are a more expensive epoxy option, but the strength and durability is unmatched. EDC installs quartz floors utilizing a "double" broadcast method to ensure long term success with all quartz floors. Food service applications are widely accepted when using epoxy quartz floors when a cove base is created using the same materials.
